Refund Policy

If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us and you are never charged for an image you did not receive.

Creator is a 30-day pass paid once. It does not renew on its own, so you are never charged again unless you choose to buy it again.

If you are charged by mistake, or charged twice for the same purchase, email us and we will refund it in full.

One-off credit packs are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase provided you have not spent more than 10 credits from the pack. Partly used packs are refunded pro rata at our discretion.

AI output varies, and an image you simply do not like is not by itself grounds for a refund. That said, if the service is not working as described, tell us and we will make it right.

Message us on Facebook with the email address on your account and the payment date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
