Terms of Service

Re-Think is an online tool that generates and edits images using AI models. You upload a photo or write a description, and the service returns generated media. The service is operated from India.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. The service can produce images intended for adults, and by using it you confirm that you are an adult and that viewing such material is lawful where you are.

Generations consume credits. Credits are granted on signup, bought in packs, or included with a 30-day Creator pass. Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Any tax we are required to collect is added at checkout by our payment provider.

If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission to use it. Do not upload photographs of other people without their consent, and do not upload anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to process it, store it for your gallery, and show it back to you.

You own the images you generate and may use them commercially, including on listings, menus and advertising. AI output can contain errors: check every image before publishing it, particularly where it depicts a product a customer will buy.

You may not use the service to create:

• any sexual content involving minors, or anyone depicted or described as under 18
• sexual or intimate images of real, identifiable people without their consent, including from uploaded photos
• content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, or that promotes violence or abuse
• content that is deceptive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights
• anything unlawful where you are, or that you distribute where it is unlawful

Adult content you generate is for your own private use. You are responsible for where and whether you share it. We suspend accounts that break these rules and report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be unavailable or slow at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
